This project involves the fabrication, installation, and commissioning of key production and gaslift infrastructure at the Njaba location, along with additional tie-ins at Izombe Flowstation. The scope includes:

1. Manifold & Pigging System Installation:

   • Fabrication and installation of production (GAY-710), test (GAY-720), and gaslift (GAY-730) manifolds.

   • Installation of production pig launcher (KAH-910) and gaslift pig receiver (KAQ-920).

2. Piping & Instrumentation:

   • Connection of launchers, receivers, and manifolds with all required piping and instrumentation.

   • Fabrication and installation of wellhead flowlines, gaslift piping, and production hook-up spools.

3. Equipment Installation:

   • Installation of test separator (MBD-110) and fuel gas scrubber (MBF-130).

   • Wellhead Control Panel (WHCP) installation with drop protection.

   • Installation of gas generator, chemical injection units, and a control room/accommodation module.

4. Utility & Civil Works:

   • Construction of a drain sump with pumps and piping.

   • Fabrication and installation of a water tank stand, utility pumps, and piping.

   • Execution of required civil works, including foundations and layout preparation.

5. Izombe Flowstation Modifications:

   • Fabrication and installation of pipeline pig receiver, gaslift pipeline pig launcher, and manifold extensions.

6. Testing & Commissioning:

   • Hydrotesting, Non-Destructive Testing (NDT), coating, inspection, and pre-commissioning.
